Deposit:

• 30% Non-refundable deposit required upon booking, must reschedule 48 hours prior to delivery date to not forfeit deposit. Otherwise a new deposit will have to be made for any new bookings.

Rental Period: 

We rent out equipment for 8-hour periods, special accommodations and overnight rentals may be added for an additional fee. All daily pickup for us to retrieve our items are at 9pm no exceptions. Below are some examples for reference. 

• If your rental period starts at 5pm then you would have 4 hours to rent our equipment until 9pm. 

• If your rental starts at 10am then we would pick up our equipment at 6pm.

Delivery: 

Once a delivery time is agreed our team will arrive on time ready to set up, please have the area where the equipment will go clear and ready for setup. We require a clear path to set up equipment with at least 5 ft of clearance to enter through backyards or other setup spaces. We require at least a 5 ft of additional clearance all around the inflatable once it has been set up. Not sure if you have enough room? give us a call at (209)707-6393 for assistance. 

Mileage: 

FREE DELIVERY within 8 miles of our starting point by downtown Turlock, this fee is applied for all 4 trips to and from drop off location. For example: 

• If the customers lives 15 miles away from us and we charge $0.75 cents a mile after 8 miles, the charge would be 15 miles - 8 miles = 7 miles then 7 miles x 4 miles = 28miles, which equals $21 delivery fee for that delivery.

This Mileage Fee covers gas for a truck 4 ways, wage and time for the employees traveling, and any other vehicle related cost including but not limited to insurance, registration, and maintenance.
